The meaning of Gay according to answers.com (I only take the not so misleading ones)
- Showing or characterized by cheerfulness and lighthearted excitement; merry.
- Bright or lively, especially in color: a gay, sunny room
I’m tired so I’m being lazy right now
This is a normal tissue pack for premier KIDS tissue and there are actually more patterns available but I only took one of the tissue’s packaging.
The tissue is meant for kids and what are they actually try to promote other than using eyes to laser beam and also flying without wing?
Kids, use make-up.

So the producer of Powerpuff Girls paid money to premier tissue to plaster their ads on the tissue pack ya?

@levian That pattern is actually quite old already lol.. I used to buy Ragnarok Online and Ghost Online pattern but I prefer 50 cent per package type of tissue… softer ^^
@Deimos Or probably they just take the pic and place it on the tissue to attract people O.o Add a lil bit of lipstick and poof! they can come up with Puff Puff Girls! (PPG still but probably won’t be sued)

dunno for some reasons that i don’t know i don’t like little girls cartoons !!
yet it’s weird to to put kids anime on a makeup pack . don’t think they are even gonna sell this
aha! I bought it =P Well, I don’t really care about the packaging as long as it’s cheap
i usually get the 12 packets. XD
gotta choose the cute ones though.
