Entrecard or Blog post?

I did not drop on anyone yesterday and today because I was obsessed with yet another MMORPG
Yesterday elezend.com achieved 177 readers without spamming on blogcatalog and also powerdropping on entrecard because of a link to Stereotyping girls through Manga from another blog. Even if I did spam and also powerdrop, my usual reader number is around 110
It makes me wonder whether I should focus more on writing better content or go “Social Networking”

It’s obvious that you should focus on the content. Usually traffic from social sites are of low quality. That means, for example Entrecard, they visit your site just for the sake of dropping your card.
And they are mostly silent readers, perhaps they are not even reading it.
I agree because some of the highly priced entrecard droppers hardly update their blog (Is that supposed to be a secret? lol) and yet they gain a lot of dropper traffic which totally beats the meaning of networking XD~
I actually signed up with entrecard after reading about it on your site…
I think it can be pretty useful- a little for the people actually dropping/looking at the cards, but I think mostly for bringing in some people from the sites advertised on, cause they’ll only click if they’re interested. But entrecard users just drop cards randomly on everyone’s pages….I can’t even follow them all up : /
The “they will only click if they are interested” is only when you advertise on other blog >.< the rest are usually power droppers >.>
Hey there friends. I went ahead and signed up too (left you both cards). Said, why not? I think that it can be a good tool IF people do it right. You want to make a name for you blog but if people are just stopping by to leave cards, then its not worth. I write so that people can read and I wouldn’t be down with people just stopping by to drop a card.
It’s increasing a traffic is a kind of way but maybe some readers only. Drop like 500 entrecards per day and become the drop master and your blog shall be “wanted”
